Galvafy collects the account, usage, and content data needed to operate Academy, Studio, Cortex, Beacon, Forge, Core, and Cadence, including identity information managed through Core, learning progress and content in Academy and Studio, connected business data queried by Cortex and Beacon, workstream and task data in Forge, and scheduling, time, and payroll data in Cadence.
Data is used to provide and improve the product you're subscribed to, and is not sold to third parties. Because Core is the shared identity layer, your account and entitlement data may be used across products you're licensed for, but product-specific business data (e.g., a Cortex data source, a Cadence schedule) is not shared with products you haven't subscribed to.
You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting privacy@galvafy.com.

Use of any Galvafy product is governed by these terms and by the entitlement associated with your Core account. Products in beta (currently Cortex, Beacon, and Forge) are provided as-is, may change without notice, and are not covered by the 99.9% uptime SLA that applies to generally available products.
Academy, Studio, and Cadence are billed as separate subscriptions; subscribing to one does not entitle you to another. Core is included at no additional cost with any subscription and is not sold or billed separately.

Core, the identity and billing layer underneath every Galvafy product, encrypts data at rest and in transit and undergoes regular internal security review. Payment processing is PCI compliant.
Authentication supports Microsoft OAuth, Google OAuth, and custom email/password SSO, with a single identity and session shared across every product you're entitled to. There is no separate login to secure per product. All platform activity, including authentication events and entitlement changes, is captured in an exportable audit trail.
