ARCHITECTURE

Context isn't a feature we bolted on. It's what happens when products are built together.

Enterprise AI tools mostly do one of two things: search across the systems you already own, or add a chatbot to a single app. Galvafy does neither. Academy, Studio, Cortex, Beacon, Forge, and Cadence share one identity, one data layer, and one AI engine from day one, so using more of the platform makes every part of it sharper, not just your invoice longer.

Cortex and Beacon share the same AI inference layer, connectors, and signal engine: Cortex's signals span the whole connected business, Beacon's are scoped to the support queue and customer signals. Both watch continuously and answer on demand. Cadence runs on Core's identity and billing but serves a distinct frontline-workforce market.

BUILT TOGETHER VS. BOLTED TOGETHER

Two ways to get "context." Only one compounds.

Most enterprise AI platformsSearch or summarize across tools you already own, added after the fact
GalvafyAcademy, Studio, Cortex, Beacon, Forge & Cadence share identity and data natively, from day one
Most enterprise AI platformsEach new integration is a project: connectors, permissions, drift to manage
GalvafyEach new product is a subscription. The identity and data layer are already there
Most enterprise AI platformsValue plateaus once your tools are connected
GalvafyValue compounds: every product you add sharpens what the others already know
DESIGN PRINCIPLES

Why unified beats bundled.

One identity

Single sign-on across every product. One set of credentials, one identity record, one permission model, regardless of which products you're licensed for.

One bill per product

Subscribe to any combination of products and each is billed clearly through Core. Core is always included, so adding a product never means a second vendor.

Shared AI layer

Cortex and Beacon share the same AI inference infrastructure and data sources. The platform learns from cross-product usage as more products come online.

Unified data layer

All products write to a shared event and data layer. Audit logs, usage analytics, and compliance evidence span your full Galvafy footprint.

AUTH & IDENTITY

How sign-in actually works.

Core is the only place identity lives. Individual products never run their own login, including products still in beta.

When a customer signs in at Galvafy, Core issues a single session across every product they're entitled to. There is no separate Academy login or Cortex login. Authentication, registration, SSO, and MFA all live in one place, and each product simply asks Core "who is this, and what are they allowed to use?"

That split keeps things clean as the product line grows: Core owns identity and entitlement; each product owns only the authorization specific to working inside it. Beta access is just another entitlement flag on the same account: no separate beta login, no separate identity to provision when Cortex, Beacon, or Forge move from beta to general availability.

1. Sign in at CoreMicrosoft · Google · Email
2. Core issues session + JWTIdentity + entitlements
3. Product checks entitlementacademy:business, cortex:beta
4. Land in licensed product(s)No re-login
